I added two new attributes to our schema.

fsuEduStuEmergencyContact is populated via the script /root/updateScripts/fsuEduStuEmergencyContact.pl on mdsdata.uc.fsu.edu

It will include emergency contact information for current students.  This script uses the tables

FSDBA.CONTACT_MASTER
FSDBA.ADDRESSES
FSDBA.PRIVACY_FLAGS
FSDBA.EMERGENCY_CONTACT

on NWRDC to obtain the data and runs nightly.

I also added to attribute fsuEduEmergencyEmail per Breeze's request (see below).

We'd like to add a new attribute into the eDir called fsuEduEmergencyEmail. The idea is that within FSUID there is a form that users can use to enter in a non-FSU email address that we would forward their mail to in the event of an emergency that shuts down the University and campus IT (a DR situation).

The form would populate an attribute in the eDir: fsuEduEmergencyEmail.
In case of DR, we would use this attribute to forward all of their OTI addresses (@garnet, @mailer, @fsu.edu, @admin). We would have an iPlanet LDAP that would get populated with their mail addresses and their EmergencyEmail as the mailroutingaddress:. Then our DR-sendmail would do ldap lookups against this DR-iplanet.

I'll worry about getting the DR mail side of this, if you guys can create the fsuEduEmergencyEmail field and a webpage that users can use to populate it?
