1. Added new function to rebuild FSUID
   On the helpdesk account list page, "Rebuild the FSUID" link is added for a helpdesk user to refresh information about the person from a variety of different data sources.
   On the personal FSUID page, the rebuild FSUID function will be run after creating a CARS account or renaming FSUIDs for alumni.
2. Added a new link "Change FSUID Options" on the left side of the personal FSUID page, and removed the "Associate Account" link from there.
   The new page of "Change FSUID Options" listed all of the links that change the value of FSUID attributes, such as, reset password, associate account, activate/deactivate CARS email account, update disaster contact information, update home address confidentiality flag, etc.
3. Added new emergency contact information on the information web page
   We had fsuEduEmergencyContact for employees. Now we added fsuEduStuEmergencyContact for students.
4. Added the FSU disaster contact information on the information web page
   Two new attributes are added: fsuEduEmergencyEmail and fsuEduDisasterContact. The values of these two attributes are displayed on the information page, and they can be updated on the personal FSUID web page via a link on the information page.
5. Use the value of fsuEduHRConfidential to control hiding the home address from helpdesk user.
   if fsuEduHRConfidential is "Y" or "L", the values of home address(street, city, st, postalCode, homePhone), fsuEduEmergencyContact, fsuEduStuEmergencyContact, fsuEduEmergencyEmail, and fsuEduDisasterContact will NOT be displayed for normal helpdesk user. A user with trusted helpdesk/lookup role will see all of these data from the information page.
6. Added Microsoft Office Communicator in the IM service list.
