An attribute named fsuEduPhotoPublish was added to our Schema. It is a flag to block out the FSUCard photo from all but the "trusted helpdesk" role.

The value of this attribute can be "Y" or "N". The default value is empty, and that means "Y".

FSUID web page is updated to display and edit the value of fsuEduPhotoPulish. The link "Update Your FSUCard Photo Publish Flag" can be found on the Account Information page and the Change FSUID Options page. Below the photo, the photo publish status will be displayed as "photo not published" or "photo will be published" which also link to the Update Your FSUCard Photo Publish Flag page on the personal FSUID web page.

If fsuEduPhotoPublish is "N", the FSUCard photo will be displayed on the personal FSUID web page and the trusted helpdesk web page (i.e., the helpdesk user with "trusted" role). The normal helpdesk user will only see "User has chosen not to publish photo" where the photo normally be.
