New Attribute fsuEduMailName is Added to the iPlanet

An attribute named fsuEduMailName was added and populated as described below. The attribute is not indexed.

We have some demand for a friendly name for addressbook functions that is of the form fsuEduLastName,
(if fsuEduNickName ? fsuEduNickName : fsuEduFirstName).
For example I would be "Kromhout, Ethan" or if my nickname where Bubba it would be "Kromhout, Bubba".
