The FSUID helpdesk is updated to a Java version. The URL is https://apps.oti.fsu.edu/FSUID/helpdesk.
Beside the helpdesk application is merged into the Java FSUID project, there are some other changes made in this version:

• 1. Changed “cn” to “uid”.
• 2. Password rule changed to “Must be at least 8 characters in length, and must contain at least one non-alphanumeric character”.
• 3. Added search by Email Address or by Phone Number, and search in current faculty & staff or in current students in the helpdesk search.
• 4. Changed the header and footer to be same as the Secure Apps.
• 5. For the Network Helpdesk, the new version removed the checking login status part, this part can be done by a Blue Socket tool.
• 6. To add a new department search, please edit the fsuidhelpdesk_deptinfo.xml in the Java FSUID project.
