New attribute fsuEduGlamShot is used for uploading photos

- A new attribute fsuEduGlamShot was added to the eDir schema. Its default value is as same as fsuEduImageURL, the location of FSUCard photo.
- A FSU active employee can upload a photo to https://fsuid.fsu.edu/photos/... , and this location will be saved in fsuEduGlamShot.
- The uploaded photo file can also be unloaded at the Upload Your Photo page.
- The "Update Your Photo" link is available on the Account List page, Information page, and Change FSUID Options page at the personal FSUID site.
- At the personal and helpdesk FSUID site, both the FSUCard photo and the uploaded photo will be displayed on the Account List page.
- fsuEduPhotoPublish field is the only attribute that allows display preferences.
