FSUID Helpdesk are moved into FSU Blackboard portal.

To open the application:

Method 1: Use the same way as before, open https://fsuid.fsu.edu/helpdesk, login with your FSUID on the blackboard login page. You will see the helpdesk page.

Method 2: open your personal FSUID page at  https://campus.fsu.edu, click on "FSUID Web Applications" link, then click on the helpdesk link on the FSUID Web Applications page to open the helpdesk page.
