FSUID Server Replica Type and State

In an effort to lessen the load on the eDir ring we've converted three of the five servers to "read-only" members, instead of full read/write replicants.

This means you can't do any write operations via LDAP using either of the two ERP LDAPs or mdsacns1. Use mdsoti or mdsdata.
