The FSUID web page is updated on the production servers this morning. Below is the list of the main changes.

1. Added Script and Verify Identity parts on the Reset Password page for the regular and trusted helpdesk user
2. Added "NWRDC" in the helpdesk Search By list
3. Changed the From email address from "profilesetup@ais.fsu.edu [profilesetup@apps.oti.fsu.edu]" to "profilesetup@apps.oti.fsu.edu"
4. Added some new message on the page of https://apps.oti.fsu.edu/FSUID/jsp/forgotPassword.jsp
5. Added a new page "Physical & Mailing Addresses" for both personal and helpdesk FSUID and cleaned up the duplicated display on the Account Information and the Student Information pages
6. Removed the SSN and the confidential employee address from the trusted helpdesk
7. Added the Parent / Third-Party Access information on the Account Information page for both personal and helpdesk FSUID
